		<description>Well this is indeed a complicated story. I think people forget about the high capital costs involved in developing geothermal power projects. Also the issue of ownership vs. right in utilizing resources isn´t covered correctly by many.
Furthermore HS Orka was privatized in 2007 not just now with the involvement of Magma Energy. It is a difficult thing. At the one had the public hand doesn´t have enough money to develop resources and secondly the economy needs to develop those resources in order to attract foreign investment.</description>
