Drilling for oil and natural gas can trigger small tremors.  There was an incident which made the news this last year when a natural gas well drilling was followed by modest shakes in an area which had not experienced prior seismic activity.

I do agree that the tremors have been small and most likely are not a significant problem.  (As long as one avoids more risky areas such as Bern, where there was a known fault and lots of infrastructure that had not been brought up to current standards.)

But I think it important to be very upfront about the issue.  To deny any sort of tremor opens one up to a loss of credibility which could result in a setback of future installations.</description>
