Call for Titles – 3rd Philippine International Geothermal Virtual Conference, Oct 27-28 2022
Titles are currently being accepted for the technical sessions of the 3rd International Geothermal Virtual Conference organized by the National Geothermal Association of the Philippines and the Department of Energy.
The Philippines’ Department of Energy and the National Geothermal Association of the Philippines will be holding the 3rd Philippine International Geothermal Virtual Conference on October 27 to 28, 2022. The event is currently soliciting for titles and/or abstracts with the following deadlines:
- Deadline of submission of titles: August 31, 2022
- Deadline of submission of abstracts: September 30, 2022
Proposals for titles and/or abstracts are to be submitted to Marivic Olivar (mvmolivar@petroenergy.com.ph) or Domingo Beraquit (domingo.beraquit@aboitiz.com).
The event will have the theme “Geothermal Sustainability.” The topics expected to be included in the technical sessions are:
- Exploration and Development
- Resource Management
- Low to Medium Temperature Systems
- Binary Plant Systems
- Acid and Erosion Management
- Power Plant Reliability and Efficiency Improvement System
- Health and Safety
- Environment, Social, and Governance
- Corporate Social Responsibility
- Policy and Education
