Canadian firm Enbridge is planning to extend work on its renewable energy platform, which includes geothermal.
Canadian oil firm Enbridge is pushing its renewable energy work forward. The company continues working on its renewable energy platform that includes geothermal, concentrated PV, hydro and energy storage.
The company sees these business elements as contributors to the company’s earnings going forward.
The company is involved in geothermal projects in the U.S. through its investment with U.S. Geothermal’s Neal Hot Springs project in Oregon. There are also hopes that the interest of Enbridge in geothermal will also help to see some geothermal development in Canada.
