According to the Federal Council, Switzerland must reach the “net zero target” by 2050 at the latest. Geothermal energy can make a significant contribution to this. Today, shallow geothermal energy covers 5% of Switzerland’s heat requirements. This can be at least doubled.
The forum is the occasion for shaping joint solutions with representatives of cantons, municipalities and cities, energy supply companies, energy and spatial planning, companies with products and services to access and valorise geothermal energy as well a heat consumers from real estate and industry. The platform makes it possible to accelerate the introduction of this natural band energy into the energy mix now.
Decarbonization and energy independence
Proven solutions to accelerate the decarbonization and increase the energy independence with different geothermal applications are explained. Examples, good practices, challenges and solution paths are presented and shared. Stakeholders are connected for realization.
Effective networking for regional added value
Pre-arranged 1-to-1 meetings, booths of solution providers, and networking sessions provide an effective platform to build bridges between the different stakeholders.
Position your company in a growing market
