French training institute EFF Training has announced the launch of new training courses specially designed for the geothermal drilling industry.
EFF Training (Ecole Française de Forage) has announced the launch of new training courses specially designed for both assistant drillers and experienced drillers in subsurface geothermal.
Developed in response to the rising demand for skilled professionals in the geothermal sector, EFF Training’s programs equip newcomers and upskill existing teams with vital operational skills, advanced drilling techniques, and robust safety practices—enhancing both performance and compliance with environmental regulations.
Currently, these courses are offered in French for professionals in France, Switzerland, Belgium, and Luxembourg. The company is also planning to expand their offerings in English soon to better serve an international audience.
These training courses are proudly endorsed by AFPG, the French sector union for geothermal drilling.
