GEO-T Expo 2014 providing outlook on geothermal energy future internationally

GEO-T Expo 2014 will take place at the Essen (Germany) fair complex from November 11 to 13, 2014 and provides an overview of the entire value chain in terms of deep, medium-depth and near-surface geothermal energy.
High-quality exhibition forums and outstanding speakers will be setting benchmarks for the future. Decision makers all over the world are faced, time and again, with the same most pressing issues in terms of heat and electricity supply. Here, they will meet sound and in-depth expert knowledge at the specialized trade fair and congress.
In 2014, there will be first-class exhibition forums on a number of topics, such as Facility Management, Investment, Law & Insurances as well as the municipal forum GEO-Town. Interesting theme days – such as the Architects’ and Engineers’ Day or the Campus Day & Sciences Showcase – will round off the event.
In parallel with the international fair, the scientific Geothermal Congress by the German Federal Geothermal Association (GtV) will be held where national and international experts meet to exchange experiences and obtain information about the latest developments in research and the sciences.

Delegations from Columbia, Mexico and Canada have confirmed their attendance.
Up to 1,000 visitors are expected this year.
