Nominations open for 2024 WING Core Value Awards
Know anyone in geothermal who personifies the WING Core Values of being Courageous, Empowering, Open, or Caring? Nominate them for the WING Core Value awards.
Nominations are now being accepted for the 2024 round of the Women in Geothermal (WING) Core Value Awards. The deadline for nominations will be on 23 June 2024.
Nominations can be submitted by filling up the Nomination Form.
Do you know someone in the geothermal community who represents one of the WING Core Values: Caring, Courageous, Empowering, Open? Give them a chance to be recognized with a nomination for a WING Core Value award! All genders are eligible to be nominated if they embody the WING Core Values!
You may nominate more than one person for an award, as well as the same person for more than one core value. Please encourage colleagues to submit nominations. If an individual deserves to be nominated in more than one Core Value category, please submit a unique nomination in each appropriate category for that person. Focus each nomination to a core value, highlighting specific examples.
The WING Core Value awards ceremony will be held at the Geothermal Rising Annual Meeting on 28-30 October, 2024 in Waikoloa, Hawaii (USA).
Last year’s awardees were Basak Çimen (Courageous), Jerjes Porlles (Empowering), Dr. Cary Lindsey (Caring), and Roland N. Horne (open). Read more about the recipients of the WING Core Value Awards from the previous years.
