Carlos Jorquera is President of the Geothermal Council, an organisation representing geothermal companies and developers in Chile. He is also the regional manager for the Spanish-speaking regions for ThinkGeoEnergy. Thereby, he is responsible for the content research, the cooperation with various private and public entities and participates in the general promotion of geothermal energy.
Due to his career, Carlos has gained broad experience in project managment, risk management and business development within the power sector of Latin America and Europe. Furthermore, he is the current President of the geothermal Coucil of Chile and is a permanent member of the Chilean Renewable Agency (ACERA).
